I love being a photographer because I get to be there for a lot of cool moments. A lot of first moments as well. The last first moment I photographed was a friends child who had never ridden a horse before and dreams of being a horse girl.

Story Time —There are a lot of battles, there are a lot of both positive and negative feedback, and there can be a lot of copying in the field as well. (I am currently watching a lady try to be me, try to get her work to my level and try to recreate my skills in graphic design— she is in her second year and frankly biting off more than she can chew when her photography work still needs honed in professionalism from exposure to sharpness.)

Photography is ever evolving and as photographers we should be too, in the beginning it is hard to niche and say I am a wedding photographer or a portrait photographer without experimenting and figuring out that is what you like to do.
