Last year five minutes from my house a local farm grew an area or so of sunflowers that they opened to the public. My sister, niece and I went out to cut a few boutiques and take pictures for a fun fall afternoon. Also to fulfill a photography dream shoot.

Missing Travel
As a photographer I have been blessed to do a lot of things many dream of including some pretty extensive traveling. To the point I actually miss taking my camera through an airport on my way to somewhere new.

A couple months ago Facebook was kind enough to to bring an old venue and old images I had taken back into event goers minds and feeds via memories. Sometimes this a great thing at least as long I the photographer still has the images and their archives haven’t been corrupted… which sometimes happens especially when they are pretty old files.

Throwback to Photographing the Stampede
