Eight Years… That’s right everyone Eight Years. I have been building this blog and on more than one occasion beating my head off my desk to come up with ideas for this blog when photoshoots weren’t plentiful to show off what I had been up too.
Eight years.
Crazy, because blogging was just a fun extra to start I wasn’t as dedicated to it and then one day I made the decision to do at least one post a week, then it became two and now I schedule three posts a week! Sometimes I wish I could do more but having the time to develop content, write, and schedule the blogs is a challenge that sometimes almost defeats me at three posts a week.
I am beyond proud of spending eight years building my writing chops and maintaining this blog where I give advice, tips, show favorite session images, throwbacks, updates on my own life, and whatever else pertains to my photography business. It is crazy to me that I have been at this for so long.
Long enough that my dreams have been realized or changed. Long enough that I hope to see changes to this blog in the new year that could potentially bring me back to the dream of being solely employed by myself.
