Aspire to Model

Today we live in a world that is constantly sharing images and photographs. In the course of a day you are likely to see at least 10,000 images a day whether you are truly conscious of them or not. In addition to what you see some 1.8 billion images are taken and uploaded every single day! Making a staggering 657 billion images shared world wide in a year.

So pretty safe to say we love images, love seeing them, and love sharing them. But what about being in them, inspiring others to say 'OMG, I have to have that jacket it looks amazing on you!' Modeling is an answer, and while a difficult industry to break into it can be fun, you meet amazing people, travel, and yes work very, very hard to make great images.

Is modeling for you? Have you dreamed of it but don't know where to start?

I offer model portfolio building sessions, feedback, and tips for improvement. I am connected to those working in the field and I love the challenge of helping a potential new model learn ease behind the camera-- because it can be nerve wrecking the first time!

Most importantly I travel, to you, and to location. Your first shoot is about helping you find comfort before the camera, and a passion for the industry. Planning is crucial and I always love my clients to come up with a story line that is the basis of their shoot- it helps them creatively envision and it helps me with their style.

Modeling is meant to push you outside your comfort zones, but some of our best learning can be achieved by stepping beyond the known. And even if modeling isn't for you, well you have cool photographs, a fun story, and can say 'back when I was a model' while telling stories to your friends and family!

A model shoot with Exposure One Studios is always different from my last. I go off the vibe of my models, sometimes  I advance them quickly to harder aspects such as finding their light as it streams through leafs on a tree.

Modeling can be fun, maybe you just want to be a model for a day, talk a friend into it, and have a duo or trio shoot! It is a fun memory builder, different, and you get the memories preserved forever!

Tiffany made it easy to relax in front of the camera— since it was my first photoshoot ever I was really nervous but she made it easy to let loose — she was there when I got confused with what I should do.
