Twenty Years ago unthinkable tragedy struck our nation.
Those of us who witnessed the attacks of 9/11 can recall where we were exactly. And we remember the strength and unity the United States presented in the aftermath.
While today events that were put into play all those years ago have resulted in recurring tragedy for our military. Those of us who witnessed the towers fall, our citizens jump to their deaths and the stories of brave citizens fighting and dying to prevent attacks we remember their sacrifices and why we were originally in the Middle East.
Today we remember the events of 9/11 and we honor the fallen American heroes from Kabul.
