There has to be first for everything and I am lucky enough to have a sister who is willing to be the first for all the things I want to try with a camera in hand. My first newborn shoot was her baby girl, my first engagement was hers, so so many of my first were with her before my lens and I deeply appreciate her willingness to be my model.

This throwback is to my sisters engagement session which very much included her horse. It was a wild day with her then three year old and a flurry of uncooperative animals. I had as many blooper images as the sweet shots everyone craves in their engagement sessions.
