Prepping for Summer Camp
As many of you know I have been involved with the creation of an annual weekend summer equestrian camp for kids wanting to learn trick riding and performance to pass the torch onto the next generation.
My role was Director of Photography and Marketing and the first two years was running around as the sole coverage trying to obtain the images and material needed to market the camp for the coming year. The camp grows and evolves every year with this year being no different even as it is only the third year of operation. This year part of that growth and providing me a team of photographers so I can delegate and work on my own business outside of the camp.
I am very much at a point where focusing on my business and releasing volunteer work is necessary for survival. While the past two years at this camp have been enlightening I am considering stepping away in 2021.
To date however I have been playing with some fun social media marketing— they are meant purely for fun not final marketing but I thought I would share them as I consider my own future with the camp.
