Several years ago I found a site where you could upload and license public domain images as well as access a data base of free to use images. Pexels.

I love pexels and you may often see one of the photographers from the sites stock images as a blog cover here or dropped in a post. It great having a data base to go to with random images when you do not have the time to make one yourself.

Of course I have uploaded some images that are not licensed on Getty images, some horsing images, etc. Perhaps not my best work but popular enough to get some traction and a decent amount of downloads in my time.
